Return Policy
In order for the goods to be eligible for an return & exchange, please make sure that:
The product has damage, or a fault at the time of arrival.
Please send us an opening video; without an opening video, sarees will not be exchanged or returned if found damaged.
You must notify us in 24 hours of delivery to initiate the returns or exchanges by emailing at tantikasaree@gmail.com
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
We don’t have an exchange or return policy in other cases.
Return Process
1 . Initiate Return: Once we approve your return request, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
- Product Inspection: Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition to verify eligibility for a refund.
3 . Refund Issuance: After verification, we will confirm your refund amount via email or WhatsApp, and the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer (No cash refunds).
